Every now and then my wife and I stumble upon a recipe that just SCREAMS eatseed dot com.
We see why Roxana had a hard time naming her healthy seed bars. How can you summarize such healthy greatness into a few words?
Leaving aside the little sugar from the apricots, these bars are filled with chia seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxmeal and unsweetened coconut.

- 8 oz unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup dried fruit (I used half cranberries, half apricots)
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup unsweetened dessicated coconut
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal + 1/2 cup water
